What you're buying

A license to use ƒanalyst Draft Genius 2026 for the draft year indicated (e.g., "2026 draft year" = April 2026 through February 2027, covering that year's NFL Draft). The license is one-time, not a subscription; you will never be charged again for the same tier in the same year unless you upgrade.

What you can do

• Use the app for personal, broadcast, and editorial purposes
• Quote individual stats or screenshots on social media, blogs, podcasts, radio — with attribution ("ƒanalyst.ai")
• Export any data you've created (your mock drafts) at any time

What you can't do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its data in bulk
• Scrape the app's APIs or UI to mirror the data set
• Share your license key with others — each key is tied to your email
• Use the data in a competing commercial analytics product

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@fanalyst.ai. After 7 days, refunds at our discretion.

Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but don't guarantee it. The offline bundle (Radio Host tier and above) is designed specifically so your access doesn't depend on our servers being up.

Data accuracy

All analytics — consensus ranks, mock-draft data, historical draft outcomes, PFF-style grades — are provided "as is." We work hard on accuracy but don't warrant it. Don't bet money on our grades without doing your own research.

Limit of liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We can terminate access if you breach these terms (e.g., scraping, license-sharing) — we'll email a warning first unless the breach is egregious.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
